Swimming classes
Our swimming classes focus on water safety, physical fitness, and technique refinement in a safe and supportive environment. Whether a student is overcoming a fear of the water or training for competitive racing, our program builds confidence and lifelong aquatic skills.

Core Pillars of Our Program
• Water Safety First: Students learn essential survival skills, including treading water, breath control, and safe entry and exit strategies.
• Stroke Development: Instructors teach and refine the four primary competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
• Physical Conditioning: Classes improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, and overall flexibility through low-impact workouts.
• Confidence & Goal Setting: Students overcome personal challenges, track their progress, and celebrate individual milestones in the pool.

Class Levels & Structure
• Beginner (Water Comfort): Focuses on blowing bubbles, floating, kicking, and gaining basic water confidence.
• Intermediate (Stroke Introduction): Introduces formal swim strokes, rhythmic breathing, and building basic endurance.
• Advanced (Technique & Stamina): Refines stroke mechanics, teaches turns and diving, and prepares students for competitive swimming or fitness training.
